TechneTools (technetools.com) provides desktop software — FBAUTO, Telegram Manager and X Engine — that helps sales and marketing teams organise their work on social platforms. This policy explains how we handle your data when you visit our website, contact us, or subscribe.
Data we collect
- Contact data: name, phone/WhatsApp number and email when you contact us or subscribe.
- Subscription data: chosen plan, subscription dates and the payment confirmation you send us. We do not store payment card details.
- Conversations: messages you send us on WhatsApp, Messenger or email, so we can reply and support you.
- Website and advertising data: general usage data such as pages visited and device type. We may use Meta measurement tools (such as the Pixel) to measure our ads.
Data inside the software
The software runs on your computer and the data you organise with it is stored on your own device. It is not sent to us and we do not access it.
You are responsible for using the software and that data in line with each platform's terms — Facebook, Telegram and X — and applicable laws, including personal-data protection laws in your country.
How we use your data
- To activate your subscription and deliver the software and updates.

We operate an app on the Meta developer platform that is used only to manage TechneTools' own advertising on our ad account. It does not collect data from Facebook or Instagram users.

We keep contact and subscription data for as long as we work with you, then for as long as the law requires or to resolve disputes. We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to the team members who need it.
Your rights and data deletion
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your data.
Message us with the subject "Delete my data" from your registered number or email, and we will confirm completion within 30 days.
